Welcome to our account deletion policies page. This document outlines the steps and procedures for deleting your account on our platform.

At PT. ECODU Pedjuang Harapan, we understand that individuals may, for various reasons, decide to delete their accounts. This document outlines our Account Deletion Policy and provides step-by-step instructions on how users can initiate the account deletion process.

Account Deletion Policy:

• Account Deletion Requests:
  Users who wish to delete their accounts can delete their account through our app directly in Profile Page.
• Data Handling:
  We do not retain any user data after the account deletion process is completed. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

Follow these steps to initiate the account deletion process:

• Step 1: Log In:
  Log in to your account using your username and password or social account.
• Step 2: Access Profile Tab:
  Navigate to profile account settings section. This is usually located in the bot-right corner.
  
  
• Step 3: Locate Deletion Option:
  Look for the option that allows you to delete your account. This may be labeled as "Hapus Akun", "Delete Account," "Close Account," or something similar.
  
• Step 4: Confirmation:
  After completing the necessary steps, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your account will be deleted.
  
• Step 5: Done:
  Upon successful completion of the account deletion process, you will logout from the app and cannot login with the same account again.
